Payment Policy
1. Currency:
All payments are processed in the currency specified on the website. Customers are responsible for any conversion fees or additional charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.

2. Payment Timing:
Payment for services is required at the time of booking. Services will not be scheduled or provided until full payment is received and confirmed. Clients may ask up to two additional questions during the session, beyond those previously submitted. These extra questions can be paid for post-session; however, any further questions will require payment before answers are provided.

3. Refund Policy:
- Non-Refundable Services: Once a service is provided or a session is completed, the payment is non-refundable.

- Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

- Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule a session once without penalty if done 24 hours in advance. Further rescheduling may incur additional fees.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes:
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the client, we reserve the right to suspend all services until the issue is resolved. We also reserve the right to refuse future services to clients who initiate unwarranted chargebacks or disputes. Any dispute arising out of payments shall be under exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Pune.

5. Late Payments:
If a payment is declined or not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled service. We may provide a grace period, but this is at the discretion of Minitails Co.

6. Promotions and Discounts:
Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied at the time of booking. They cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

7. Modifications to Payment Policies:
Minitails Co. reserves the right to change or update our payment policies at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
